Processing & Shipping

Every item is made, printed, and packed by us right here in Arkansas.

Because many of our products are made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. During holidays, sales, or busy event seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

However, we want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem. We'll work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

3D Printed Product Information

Our products are created using 3D printing technology. Minor layer lines, slight variations, and small imperfections are a normal part of the printing process and are not considered defects. These characteristics make each piece uniquely its own.

Colors may vary slightly from photos due to monitor settings and filament availability.

Safety Information

Many of our products contain small parts and are not intended for children under 3 years of age.

Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.

Our clickers, collectibles, and decorative items are designed for enjoyment but are not intended to withstand excessive force, chewing, or rough play.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Forges & Fables is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we'll help you work with the carrier to locate it.
